As your inspectors, our first and only loyalty is to you.
Impartiality: Our findings are based strictly on the condition of the property and applicable safety standards. We do not "soften" reports for realtors, nor do we exaggerate issues to generate work for others.
Accuracy: We leverage our background in code compliance and property standards to provide the most accurate assessment of your investment possible.
Conflict of Interest: Sparks General Services LLC maintains a strict wall between our inspection findings and any subsequent repair work. We do not perform repair work on properties we inspect.
3. What We Demand of Our Vetted Partners
To remain on our vetted list, every contractor must sign and adhere to the Sparks Professional Standards Agreement, which requires:
Integrity: Contractors must provide honest assessments. They are strictly prohibited from performing unnecessary work or inflating estimates based on our reports.
Professionalism: Partners must be licensed, insured, and maintain a high standard of communication and job-site cleanliness.
Priority Service: We expect our partners to respect your time and provide prompt, transparent estimates.
Fair Pricing: While we do not control contractor pricing, we monitor feedback to ensure our clients are being treated fairly and competitively.
2. The Sparks "Contractor Concierge" (Zero-Benefit Policy)
We offer our Contractor Concierge service as a free value-add to help our clients move from "Report" to "Resolution" without the stress of vetting contractors alone.
Zero Kickbacks: Sparks Inspection Services does not accept referral fees, commissions, or "kickbacks" of any kind from the contractors we recommend.
Free Promotion: We promote our vetted partners for free because we believe our clients deserve quality service. Our only "payment" is the peace of mind knowing our clients are in good hands.
4. Independence & Accountability
Sparks Inspection Services remains an independent third party. While we personally vet the professionals in our network, we do not oversee their daily operations or guarantee their specific work. We encourage our clients to perform their own final due diligence. However, if a vetted partner fails to meet our ethical or professional standards, they are immediately removed from our network.
