Matthew Sparks, owner/inspector, is committed to integrity, providing excellent customer service, and serving his community. He has extensive experience in the construction, home health care, and sales and logistics industries. He was most recently an Inspector for the City of Indianapolis, where he worked with citizens, NGOs, and other government representatives on over 500 cases of city code enforcement. He has also volunteered with 21st Century Scholars/Starfish Initiative, AmeriCorps, and over 10 years with the Special Olympics.
